200gms deboned mashed fish,
2tbsps gram flour,
salt and pepper to taste,
2tsps red chillie powder,
oil for frying.
sandwich buns horizontally halfed,
handful of coriander leaves chopped,
black salt to taste.
Make a thick and tight batter with all patties ingredients except oil. Make equal sized balls and flatten them.
Heat oil and fry the patties.
Meanwhile beat the yogurt with coriander leaves.
Take a bun. Place a lattuce leaf on the lower half, top with a tomato slice, then place a pattie, apply yogurt mix and cover with the upper half of the bun. Serve.
