5 mini pizza crust,
1 cup pizza sauce,
1 tbsp oregano,
2 red bell pepper deseeded and cut circularly,
150 gms chicken mini chunks,
1 cup shreeded mozarella cheese,
salt to taste,
1 tbsp butter,
1 tbsp veg oil.
Marinate the chicken with a little amount of salt for 15 mins.
Heat veg oil. Fry the chicken until the pink colour vanishes. Keep aside.
On a pan apply the butter well.
Place all the pizza crust on the buttery pan.
Place the pizza sauce on all crust equally. Sprinkle salt. Sprinkle the cheese on them equally. Place bell peppers equally. Add fried chicken chunks equally. Sprinkle oregano and a little salt again.
Cover the pan with a lead and simmer for 10 mins.
