Egg Curry (source: mamma)



4 eggs boiled and then fried

2onions sliced

2 green chillies slitted

1/4th cup chopped capsicum

6 cloves garlic

1tbsp taka masla

1tbsp ketchup

1tsp sugar

1tsp soy sauce

Pinch of red chilli powder

Pinch of turmeric powder

Salt to taste

Oil as required


1. Heat oil add onion, green chilli and garlic and sauté until it’s become caramelized.

2. Add all the spices and sauces along with sugar and salt  and stir until the oil gets separated.

3. Add the eggs and stir for few minutes so that the eggs are well-coated.

4. Serve hot with roti or rice.
