- 1 large Potato
- Vegetable Oil
- Cut the potatoes into female shape. and dip in Ice cold water. Leave it for 3 to 4 hours.
- Heat oil on medium hi Heat.
- Once the oil is hot start placing the potatoes in the hot oil in small batches.
- Fry them until golden on all sides.
- Place the golden Thin and Crispy French Fries on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb the extra oil & add salt to taste.
