Mashala Pav Recipe


Ingredients:
3 medium buns(pav) cubbed

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp garlic paste

4 chopped onions

1 large capsicum chopped

4 red tomatoes chopped

2 tbsps red chilli paste

1/2 tsp soy sauce

2 tbsps tomato ketchup

2 tsps veggie mixed masala(homemade)

1 tbsp kashmiri red chhili powder

Salt to taste

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsps butter.

Method:

  1. Heat butter and add cumin seeds and after stirring for a few seconds add garlic paste and stir.
  2. Add onions and fry them.
  3. Then add tomatoes and capsicum and sauté well until all veggies are tender.
  4. Add all spices, salt, sugar and sauces and stir well.
  5. Now mix in the cubbed buns and lemon juice.
  6. Serve hot.
